Programs, or a single visit
Most of what we do falls into two shapes. A recurring program suits a building with standing pressure — a restaurant, a rental, a house that backs onto woods or water — and it is the cheaper answer over a year because it stops an infestation forming rather than clearing one that already has. A single visit suits a specific, bounded problem: one nest, one swarm, one report needed before a closing date.
We will tell you which one you need after the inspection, and we will say so when the answer is the cheaper one. An exterminator who puts every caller on a quarterly plan is selling a plan, not solving a problem.
What an inspection covers
Every job starts the same way: the foundation and sill line, utility penetrations, thresholds, the roofline where it meets soffit and gutter, and inside, the rooms where the evidence actually shows up. Identification comes before treatment, because the treatment for odorous house ants and the treatment for carpenter ants are not the same work, and getting that wrong costs a season.
