How we work
Integrated pest management, which in practice means the treatment is decided after the inspection rather than before it. We find the entry points, the moisture and the harborage that are actually driving the problem, identify the species properly, and then use the least-impact product that will do the job.
We use botanical products on request, and will occasionally supplement them with conventional products where that is what control requires. We will tell you which we are using and why.
What that means for you
Correct identification first. Carpenter ants and termites get mistaken for each other constantly, and the treatments have nothing in common. Guessing wastes a season.
Pest pressure changes through the year, so a program is a schedule of return visits and adjustments rather than a single spray. If a one-off visit is genuinely all you need, we will say so.

New Castle, Kent and Sussex counties — from Wilmington and Newark in the north, through Dover, down to Seaford and Laurel in the south. The full territory lists every town we cover regularly.
